Your Retreat Guide

Natalie Masson, Ph.D.

Hi, I’m Natalie Masson. I’m a clinical psychologist fascinated with the connections between the mind and body.

I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and have developed my own flavor of strategies for blending mindfulness, movement and breath awareness to bring greater ease, particularly for those dealing with stress in their lives.

I don’t believe that meditative practices need always be done in stillness, and in fact, I find so much richness can be discovered through active practices.

I teach a blend of strategies to reach people where they are, and in this 7-day program, you get to sample from the buffet of my favorite modalities.

A significant part of my professional work at this time is developing online programs to support women through their fertility journey and beyond.  I’m also expanding my online teachings into general health and wellness, with a focus on aging with grace and vibrance.

You’ll have access to all retreat content for one additional week after the end of the scheduled retreat. There will be options offered to continue access beyond this window.

Will this work in my time zone?

Yes, it’s not dependent on showing up live. You can do the daily practice whenever it suits you.

What if I’m not satisfied with the program?
