During Triple Chill Retreat Week we have options for all!

7-Day Chill Out Retreat

October 23-29

Enroll by Tuesday October 24th (midnight Eastern Time)

If you’re enrolling late, just take it one day at a time.  Your daily email reminders will begin the day after you enroll.  All content will be open through November 3rd.

Set aside just 20 minutes a day to enjoy carefully crafted self-care practices blending breathing, mindfulness, movement and more.

All sessions are pre-recorded and work equally well in all time zones.

Choose the retreat track that best suits you:

► Wellness track is designed for anyone wishing to de-stress.

► Fertility track is geared toward those who are hoping to conceive.

► Pregnancy track is designed for those who are currently pregnant.

The core practices are fairly similar across programs.  The primary difference is the community that forms within each retreat group.  There’s a larger group in the fertility retreat, the majority of my audience is drawn from my Fertility from the Soul YouTube channel.

Those who are on their fertility or pregnancy journey are welcome to opt for the Wellness Retreat if they feel that a general self-care focus would be most helpful at this time.

Your retreat guide

Hi, I’m Dr. Natalie Masson! I’ve been developing my unique blend of mind-body tools over the last 20 years, through my work as a clinical psychologist in private practice.

For several years now, I’ve been creating specialized programs to help women on their fertility journey, particularly in their 30s and 40s.

My soothing fertility meditations can be found on my Fertility from the Soul YouTube channel, and I’ve also shared some creations for general wellness on my Harmony Within channel.

Lately, I’ve begun working on making my best tools available online to a general audience of people interested in mind-body health across their lifespan.

I’m so grateful that technology allows me to connect so easily with people all around the globe.
