Hi, I’m Natalie Masson. I’m a clinical psychologist with a passion for helping women on their fertility journey, especially in their 40s. I started sharing meditations for fertility in 2016, based on what was helpful to me when I was navigating the stress of trying to conceive.
Eventually many women who had listened to my fertility meditations began getting pregnant, and their natural question was, “Do you have something for pregnancy?”
I get it…the stress doesn’t end just because you have conceived! So, yes…I’ve been developing meditations and guidance for pregnancy too.
It’s truly an honor to guide others through this very sacred phase of life.

How long will I have access this content?
You’ll have access to all retreat content for one additional week after the end of the scheduled retreat. There will be options offered to continue access beyond this window.
Will this work in my time zone?
Yes, it’s not dependent on showing up live. You can do the daily practice whenever it suits you.
Is this suitable for first trimester?
We focus in this course on being present and embracing your pregnancy….even in uncertain times.
If you feel like it’s “too soon” and you would rather not be engaging in a pregnancy focused program, you might enjoy the Wellness Chill Out Retreat. You’ll find similar self-care practices without any focus on fertility or pregnancy.
That wellness retreat will be running concurrently with this one, and you can request to switch tracks at any time before or during the retreat.
Is this appropriate for later weeks of pregnancy?
It’s never too late to take time for your self-care and for connecting with your growing baby.
There are some gentle movement practices included, and adaptations for later pregnancy will be addressed.
What if I’m not satisfied with the program?
Just request a refund or credit for another program if this is not meeting your needs.
