Enrollment

This program track is for those who are currently pregnant and are interested in a mind-body program for self-care and empowerment throughout pregnancy. 

Gaining Access to the Pregnancy Track

For those who are interested in this program, please email info@fertilityfromthesoul.com. ($25/mo; cancel any time.)

For those who are already members of the Wisdom Circle – if you’re on the fertility track and you become pregnant, see the Wisdom Circle course for details on switching tracks.

 

Cancelling or updating payment details

You can make changes to your payment details or cancel recurring payments at any time.

To cancel your program, visit this page for instructions.

To update your payment method:

If you enrolled November 2022 or later, go to your customer hub to make updates to your payment details.

If you enrolled before November 2022, access your account through your Teachable account from inside the course portal.  (Log in, go to your profile in the top right corner – select Manage Subscriptions.)

To change your subscription term, please email admin to make arrangements.  Monthly ($25), biannual ($125), annual ($225).

Tips for Getting Set Up
  1. Check for an email “Activate Your Account” if this is your first enrollment within the Harmony Within school on Teachable
  2. Setup your forum account to access community chat, program events, and more.
  3. Set up access to our mobile app which hosts audio meditations and more.
  4. Visit the Orientation Space in the forum for further orientation to the Wisdom Circle and how to find your way around.
  5. Explore this Members’ Hub area to learn about all the resources in your program track and how they fit together.

Communication

There are many settings you can adjust so that you are getting the email communications that are most helpful to you.

Customizing your email notifications

Program emails - Program updates will typically be sent weekly and you can adjust your settings to indicate interests in fertility, pregnancy, parenting and general updates.

Course comment notifications - You can receive notifications when comments are left at the bottom of course lessons.  Adjust these settings by editing profile settings inside the course portal.

Community forum notifications - See the orientation section of the forum for details on how to adjust email notifications that come from our private forum.

More About Announcements and Events Spaces

Those on the pregnancy track should see two Events spaces in the forum:

  • Events – this space is for events for all members plus fertility-focused events.
  • Events – Pregnancy & Early Parenting – this space is for those who are in the pregnancy/early parenting phases. (Request to be added by admin if you’re not seeing this in your forum view.)

Be sure to set your timezone in the forum profile settings so that you’ll see events listed in your time zone, and if you’re traveling you may need to reset your time zone for accurate calendar listings.

In the forum Announcements, you’ll find a google calendar which you can add to your own google account.

Opportunities to opt in to daily reminders for various practices can found in the Announcements space as well.  Be sure to use the same email address for your forum account as your enrollment so that the automations work properly.

Community Forum

In our Wisdom Circle private community forum, we have conversations related to fertility, pregnancy, healthy living, parenting, and exploring alternate pathways to parenthood.

Share what's on your mind and in your heart, knowing that this a safe and compassionate community space.

Program announcements, event listings, and self-guided trainings are also part of the forum, so please join the forum even if you do not wish to participate in the interactive elements.

 

Monthly Live Masterclass Meetups

Once a month, usually the second Saturday of the month, we hold a live masterclass for all members, related to mindfulness and healthy living.  We continue with small group chat afterwards to connect more personally.

Mind-Body Core Practices (adapted for Pregnancy)

This collection of practices helps you establish a deep understanding of mind-body principles for maintaining inner balance.  

These practices are relevant to all stages of life and you’ll see that adaptations have been added to address posture considerations for later pregnancy.

MBCP Overview
The MBCP training consists of 5 sets of practices, 7 days each. (20-30 minutes for each lesson).

Overview of weekly themes:

  • Week 1 – Introductioni to all practices(Retreat Week)
  • Week 2 – Present Moment Awareness theme
  • Week 3 – Non-judgment theme
  • Week 4 – Acceptance theme
  • Week 5 – Validation theme

You can go through any of this content on your own.  You can also follow the group through these Mind-Body Core Practices, with optional daily email reminders (one week on, one week off).  We run through the series every 4 months as a group.)

After learning these core practices, you can continue incorporating them into your ongoing self-care with our without the guidance of these lessons.

Please note that these two trainings and the MCBP series are setup as 7-day trainings, but it’s not essential that you do them within a set time frame.

Pregnancy is such an unpredictable time, and I encourage going through these at whatever pace works for you.

Sporadically we hold live workshops with special guests.  Themes revolve around the woman's journey - considering the mind, body and soul.  Replays are available for members to watch any time.  Access Special Workshops.

 "Lullabies:  A Soothing Practice for TTC, Pregnancy and Beyond"

Beth Bolwerk guided us in her approach to singing lullabies to your unborn baby while pregnant or to the baby you're inviting while TTC.  You'll also find recordings she made afterwards of mantras from the Spirit Babies book which you can listen to for inspiration on how to create your own chants.

 "Nutrition, Endometriosis & Fertility/Pregnancy"

Holistic nutritionist, Lizzie Alexander, PhD, answered nutrition questions related to inflammation and endometriosis, as they pertaining to fertility and pregnancy.

"Loving Your Body, Embracing Your Sexuality" 

Anna Thea, divine feminine educator introduced us to ways of relating to our feminine side that were uplifting, eye opening and heart warming.  We had a few chuckles along the way.  

Heart Healing & Boundaries for Empaths

Vanessa Clayton provided us with a framework for understanding the distinction between being highly sensitive and being empathic.  She guided us through visualizations and meditations to help us stay in an open-hearted place while holding healthy boundaries.

Nutrition for Optimal Fertility & Postpartum Care

Functional nutritionist, Alison Boden Godeau, MPH RDN, shared her wisdom on how to nourish your body and balance your hormones with a sensible, non-restricting approach to food. She's also offering members a 50% discount off her Knocked Up Nutrition course.

Fertility Assessment

Functional medicine doctor Elisa Yao, MD, shares her perspectives on the importance of proper assessment when dealing with difficulties getting pregnant (or staying pregnant).
