What an amazing 10-day program. (12 days for me) I have listened to 7 out of the 10 meditations and each of them were very helpful. Most of all, 12 days ago, I felt stuck with TTC, I now feel that there is more hope. I shifted my mind from “it will never happen and we should consider eggs donation “ to “I feel that my body can do it”.

Learn to soften tension from the abdominal area to allow a natural diaphragmatic breath to massage your womb.  Invite slower breaths to calm the nervous system.  Cultivate a loving relationship toward your body and your womb.  Regular practice can improve circulation to your reproductive organs,  improve efficiency of cell oxygenation and help all systems in your body restore through deeper relaxation.

Container Imagery Meditation

This container imagery meditation is designed to help develop the skill of holding difficult emotional material in a way that we can choose when to delve into it and when to put it way for another time.  The container imagery exercise is useful as a self-help tool and also as an adjunct to various healing therapies including EMDR for trauma treatment.

Breath Slowing Guided Practice

This breath slowing exercise is designed to help your body find its optimal rhythm. Most people breathe too rapidly which can cause chronic hyperventilation and is associated with anxiety, agitation, and a wide variety of health problems. Learning to slow your breathing down can have tremendous positive impact emotionally and physically. This guided practice includes movements and imagery to help gently coax the breath to a slow, soothing, comfortable pace that is conducive with relaxation and restoration.
